Who this is for

The Operator Scorecard is built for lawn care and pest control operators who are running a real spray operation — not someone just getting started. If you have trucks on the road, revenue coming in, and you don't have a clear dashboard for your business numbers, this is the tool.

Most operators track revenue. Fewer track cost per stop. Almost none track LTV:CAC or stops per tech per day in a way that's usable week over week. This spreadsheet makes those numbers automatic.

It's particularly useful if you're managing multiple technicians and need to understand where efficiency is breaking down — or if you're preparing to scale and want to know your business model before you add overhead.

FAQ

Do I need advanced Excel skills to use this?
No. You fill in the yellow input cells — the spreadsheet does everything else. If you can open Excel and type in a number, you can use the Operator Scorecard.
What KPIs does it track?
Stops per tech per day, revenue per stop, cost per stop, gross margin, retention rate, cancellation rate, LTV, LTV:CAC ratio, and more. The EXEC_SCORECARD tab shows all targets in one view.
Is this compatible with Google Sheets?
It's built and tested in Excel. Most formulas work in Google Sheets but the formatting and conditional formatting may differ. Excel is recommended.
How often should I update it?
Weekly at minimum. The Daily Pulse Tracker is designed for daily entry — the Operator Scorecard is best updated weekly or monthly for trend analysis.
